Two new brochures have been published featuring the successes of the EU Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, which supports the REDAWN project.

During the month of April, the installation work and start up tests for our irrigation pilot plant has been completed.  This pilot will be testing the generation of micro-hydro energy at the Cortijo Calonge farm in Palma del Río (Spain).

The winning company, Tecnoturbines, has been finalizing the installation of the entire monitoring system so that the technology is available and ready to start generating clean and sustainable energy before the imminent irrigation season begins.

Join us for our free open day and visit our REDAWN project pilot plant in Andalucia, which pioneers the recovery of valuable energy lost in irrigation water networks.

This week delegates from the Tunisian government visited Seville to learn more about the Andalucian sustainable energy model and the latest renewable energy projects.

Our own Miguel Crespo Cachon of Trinity College Dublin was at the meeting hosted by the Agencia Andaluza de la Energía, to present on REDAWN, including our demonstration plant near Cordoba.
