Work Package 1: Project Coordination

LEAD: ACTION RENEWABLES

Action Renewables is the Lead Partner, and the project management and coordination will not be externalised. AR will ensure sound financial management and official representation to the management structure of the Programme. AR will ensure, through regular 3 monthly partner meetings, and fortnightly conference calls, that all partners will deliver periodical activity reports, statements of expenditure, verification and control procedures, financial statements, implementation reports and requests for payment and the respective submission to the Managing Authority. AR will create a Steering Group on which all partners will be represented, and will meet every three months in person. All partners will have a role to play in management and coordination.
