3rd EWaS International Conference: Insights on the Water-Energy-Food Nexus

Presenters at this years EWaS3 conference

EWaS3 conference in June 2018 focussed on efficient water systems giving insights on the Water-Food-Energy Nexus.

Scientists addressed and discussed issues related to hydraulics, hydrology, water resources systems management, climate change and environmental systems. Out of the 200 papers submitted, 140 were selected for oral or poster presentation.

Papers from REDAWN partners Armando Caravetta (University of Naples) and Miguel Crespo Cachón (Trinity College Dublin) were featured within the Special Session 2, entitled "Small-scale hydropower generation in urban and rural areas: the hydraulic and mechanical analysis of Energy Recovery in water systems", chaired by Prof. Maurizio Giugni (University of Naples Federico II - Italy). There were 14 papers presented in this session.
